BASH Tango Weekend returns for two days and two nights to Bundanoon from Friday 29th of November to Sunday 1st of December 2024.
This year we are proud to offer 4 wonderful Tango DJs from Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney who will take care of our musical needs over two night time milongas and two daytime milongas. The fabulous Mendoza Tango Quartet will perform live at the Saturday Gala, featuring singer Solange Lipcin.

The BASH 2024 entertainment schedule features a great line-up from around Australia:
- Friday – DJ Chris Han (BNE)
- Saturday – DJ Juan Quiroz (SYD)
- Saturday Gala – DJ Mark Stojani (ADL)
- Mendoza Tango Quartet Live! featuring Solange Lipcin
- Sunday – DJ Alex Nodelman (SYD)
Various events and activities will be added to the program once they are confirmed.
Previous BASH events have included a Super Saturday featuring yoga in the hall, bushwalking, market for shoes and apparel, 2nd hand market and a tango workshop.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds requests can be processed via the Humanitix ticketing platform until 30 days before the event.
A 10% service fee is subtracted from the refunded amount.
No refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event.
ROLE BALANCE:
This year’s organiser’s will heavily favour an balanced number of leaders and followers at this years BASH. Adaptive role dancers are calculated as being 25% leader / 75% follower.
TICKET TYPES:
Partner Up! packages are for one leader and one follower. When dancers Partner Up!, it saves us, the organisers, a lot of hassle in role-balancing the event. Partnered tickets are not a promise to dance with each other. It’s a strategy for getting men to register for the event as early as possible.
— Stereotypically, men usually wait until the last minute to register and this is a organisational dilemma we have partly solved by insisting tickets are bought in role matched pairs. Followers can secure tickets to the event by signing up with a leader, as long as tickets are still on sale.
Single Follower / Single Leader:
Single role tickets are strictly limited. These tickets will be subject to waitlisting after the allocation of tickets is reached! You will have an easier entry to tickets if you Partner Up! with a role counterpart.
Adaptive Role:
A small allocation of tickets are available for “Adaptive role” dancers this year. This ticket-type acknowledges that there is a legitimate non-binary role for followers who switch roles to leaders during the event. Due to the tendency for this ticket type to be used as a backdoor entry for followers into the event, applications for this ticket-type are on a case-by-case basis. If you are a leader, Partner Up! with a follower and purchase a package together!
