UPDATE 27 Feb 2024
The annual general meeting of the Association was held at 7pm Sunday 25 Feb 2024 to report on the financial status for the period ending 30 June 2023 and to elect a new committee.
Reports by the President (David Wong), Secretary (Dian Utami) and Treasurer (Javier Lorenzelli) were submitted. The meeting was attended by 19 members in the Harold Park Community Hall and alternatively, via video connection.
The committee of 2023 was returned for 2024.

Dear Tango Synergy members,
I hereby notify financial members that the Tango Synergy Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ending June 2023* is scheduled to occur. As a member of the Association, you are invited to attend. Nominations to join committee can be submitted by completing a form. Please download the form or request a form from the registration desk at the milonga or practica, and submit the form by no later than 18th February 2024.

Changes to Tango Synergy Practica on 25 Feb
The AGM will interrupt the usual schedule of Tango practica. Therefore, practica music will commence only after the AGM has been closed. The AGM is scheduled to finish at 8pm but is subject to start earlier or later depending on the duration of the AGM.
Since the practica will only scheduled for 1.5 hours between 8pm–9:30pm, the committee of Tango Synergy has agreed make this practica a free event.

* The AGM is normally hosted within 6 months after the end of the reporting period. An extension has been granted to host this AGM outside of normal operating procedures.
