Some tickets MAY become available due to cancellations closer to the date. In this case, please use the link to the Humanitix ticketing platform to register for waiting list tickets.

Cancelling tickets to BASH 2024
If you wish to cancel your purchased ticket, you can self-refund your ticket, minus a 10% administration fee.
- Find the email confirmation for your ticket
- Click on the Manage Order link in the email.
- Follow the prompts to refund your ticket fees to your originating credit card account.
Transferring your ticket
Ticket transfers are permitted – only if the organisers are informed of the change to ticketing. Please email info@tangosynergy.com with your ticket transfer request, including:
- the ticket recipient’s full name.
- recipient’s valid email address.
- recipient’s mobile phone number.
For ticket transfers, ticketing information is handled by the organiser. Any money transfer arrangements is the responsibilities of the trading parties, not the organiser.
