At the age of 15 Graham started Ballroom Dancing in Brisbane to strengthen his legs due to a walking issue. He then moved to Sydney where he did competition Ballroom Dancing for over 10 years, both as dancer and teacher. Being part of the Ballroom community provided him with the unique experience of dancing in the Closing Ceremony of the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. He has briefly studied other forms of dance such as Jazz, Rock & Roll, and Swing.
Graham has transitioned to Argentine Tango and studied with a wide range of overseas Argentine Tango dance teachers, learning from each of them their interpretation of this dance, and developing his own dance style.
Graham invites you to join him to learn Argentine Tango on either Tuesdays or Thursday evenings at Camperdown (Stanmore) Studio.
He would be “delighted” to teach you the Argentine Tango.
