First Friday Milonga in February at the Polish Club, Ashfield
Tango Synergy is delighted to partner with the Polish Club in Ashfield to present the next First Friday of the month milonga series.
Featuring live tango music starting at 9pm, with newly formed group:

DJ Javier is what happens when Argentina exports tango and raw strength in the same package. A passionate tanguero with rhythm in his feet and sawdust probably still on his hands, he can lead a flawless dance tanda and then casually rearrange the entire room—tables, chairs, and possibly your expectations—without breaking a sweat. As our current Tango Synergy president, he is the guy you call when something heavy (or slightly chaotic) needs handling.💃✨

Getting There
🚆 Train
Only a 5-minute walk from Ashfield Train Station.
Take the Brown Street exit, walk up Brown Street to Liverpool Road, cross the road, turn left, and follow the short path to the Club entrance.
🚗 Free Underground Parking
Entrance via 73 Norton Street.
The Club is lift-accessible from the car park. If the car park is full, there is ample street parking nearby, with access via the main entrance at 182 Liverpool Road.
For Attendees
- Please arrive early to allow time for club check-in and remember to bring your ID.
- The Polish Club offers 10% off dining for registered Polish Club members.
- Food and beverages are also available from the bar, and items purchased from the deli may be brought into the dance hall.
- On Good Friday, liquor-licensed premises can serve alcohol between 12 noon and 10:00 pm, but it must be provided with or in addition to a meal in the dining room. Takeaway liquor sales are not permitted on Good Friday.
